The infusion of a great Trentino Grappa
Among the wonderful Dolomites in Trentino Alto Adige, in the historic centre of Panchià, stands the old barn which today is an artisan workshop where the natural, traditional infusions of the Trentino valleys are produced.
Today as it was yesterday
It was built back in 1716 by signor Tommaso Daprà who was known by all as “L’Ones”, which gave rise to the company name. In ancient times it was common practice in the Trentino valleys to prepare natural infusions for treating and healing purposes, using medicinal plants such as berries, roots, flowers, fruit and resins.
With the aim of enhancing the culture of our ancestors and after careful research, we have begun to study products that carry on the spirit of the olden days, focusing on high quality and craftsmanship.
Our production includes ingredients that have been carefully selected according to the season, respecting nature thanks to the authorisation of the Autonomous Province of Trento and the consent of the owners of the “Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme”.
The grappa is considered by us to be the best that is distilled in Trentino-Alto Adige and was chosen for its qualities that enhance the raw materials used.
Ours is a young company that is on the market with a limited bottle production so as to devote maximum attention to the processing and to offer the customer something different that is of superior quality.
